1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Life Transform (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Life Transform (18 or older in jurisdictions where that is the age of majority for entering binding agreements). The App is rated 4+ / no objectionable content, but the Kids category is not applicable.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Life Transform offers a free tier (3 sessions/month, limited exercise library, no wearable sync) and paid plans: Weekly Pro ($3.99/week, billed weekly) and Annual Pro ($99/year, billed annually). Subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Google Play are billed and managed through those platforms; subscriptions purchased through our website are billed via Stripe. All paid plans auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel anytime through your App Store/Google Play account settings or, for web subscriptions, your account page — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing period except where required by law or platform policy.
4. Not a medical device, not medical advice
Life Transform provides fitness coaching and is not a medical device. Our AI coaching does not replace professional medical advice. If you have any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns, consult a healthcare professional before starting any exercise program. Stop exercising if you feel pain and consult a doctor. You assume all risk of injury from using the App.
5. Camera and data privacy
Life Transform uses your device's camera to analyze your movement in real time. Video is processed entirely on your device — we never record, store, or transmit your video footage. Only derived movement coordinate data (joint positions, not images) is sent to our servers to power coaching. See our Privacy Policy for full details on what is and isn't collected.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App: no reverse engineering, no scraping, no attempting to access other users' data, no using the App for any unlawful purpose.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings, which permanently deletes your data per our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimer of warranties; limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Life Transform is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App, including injury from exercise performed using the App's guidance.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
