Privacy Policy

What we collect
Account info (email, name), profile data you provide (fitness level, goals, injuries, equipment), workout data (exercises, sets, reps, weights, form scores derived from pose coordinates), wearable data you choose to connect (heart rate, HRV, recovery scores from Apple Health, Garmin, Whoop, Fitbit, Polar, or Bluetooth devices), and coaching conversation history.
What we never collect
We never record, store, or transmit your camera video. Pose tracking runs entirely on your device; only the derived numeric joint coordinates (not images) ever leave your phone, and only while you're in an active session.
How AI coaching data is used
Live form/rep/biometric data is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate real-time coaching messages and between-session chat responses. This data is used solely to generate your coaching response and is not used by us or Anthropic to train models on your data under our API agreement.
Third-party services
We use Supabase (database, authentication), RevenueCat (mobile subscription management), Stripe (web billing), Anthropic (AI coaching), PostHog (product analytics), and Sentry (crash reporting). Each processes only the data necessary for its function, under their respective privacy policies.
Your rights (GDPR — EU users)
You have the right to access, rectify, export, and erase your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Use the in-app "Export my data" and "Delete my account" actions, or email privacy@lifetransform.app.
Your rights (CCPA — California users)
You have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, and to opt out of any sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
Data deletion
Deleting your account (Settings → Delete my account, or DELETE /api/users/me) permanently and immediately removes your profile and all associated workout, wearable, and chat data. This cannot be undone.
Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Deleted accounts are purged immediately; anonymized, aggregated analytics may be retained for product improvement.
